The training of Russian students for the first 2.5 years takes place in Dalian and for the next 2.5 years - in Vladivostok. After 5 years, the graduate receives two diplomas of higher education in the direction of "Economics" with a bachelor's degree: a Chinese diploma - from the Dalian Maritime University, accredited by the Ministry of Education of the PRC, and a Russian diploma - from Maritime State University named after admiral G.I. Nevelskoy with a profile (specialization) "Finance and Credit".
In 2012, on the basis of an agreement on cooperation in the field of education between Mudanjiang Normal University and Maritime State University named after admiral G.I. Nevelskoy developed a joint educational program in the specialty "Documentation and archival science" according to the scheme 1 + 3 + 1. The student spends the first year of study in Vladivostok, followed by a three-year study in Mudanjiang, and the last year at Maritime State University named after admiral G.I. Nevelskoy. Students have a unique opportunity to receive 3 higher education diplomas, one of which is a bachelor's degree from Maritime State University named after admiral G.I. Nevelskoy, the second is a bachelor's degree from the Mudanjiang Pedagogical University.
