The article is devoted to the analysis of main directions of China's fight against “three evils”: separatism, extremism and terrorism. It examines the current situation in two turbulent regions of the PRC, where separatists and extremists are active - Xinjiang Uyghur and Tibet autonomous regions. The article provides assessment of separatists' actions in these regions, shows their connection with international terrorist structures, analyzes main measures of the Chinese Government to deal with them. It analyzes legal basis to countering terrorist threats in China and assesses aspects of the PRC's international cooperation with other States in this area.
本文分析中国打击分裂主义、极端主义和恐怖主义等这“三恶”的主要方向。笔者考察新疆维吾尔族和西藏自治区中国这两个动荡地区的情况,这两地区分裂分子和极端分子活跃。本文对这些地区的分离主义活动进行评估,指出其与国际恐怖组织的联系,分析中国政府应对这些活动的主要措施。作者对中国打击恐怖主义威胁的法律框架进行分析,并对中国与其他国家在这方面的国际合作进行评估。
