The game as a method of alleviating the difficulties of character recognition and writing on the Chinese classes
In recent years, with reinforcing China's international status, more and more people choose to leam the Chinese language. Therefore, there is a growing number of linguists and methodologists actively studying the area of teaching Chinese as a foreign language and conducting research on this issue. Despite the progress made, teaching Chinese characters is still considered to be one of the greatest difficulties. A variety of teaching techniques are currently being used. One of them is applying game technologies in the process of teaching students foreign languages. The introduction of game technologies allows the teacher to create contexts that help to provide a plausible incentive to use the target language and make learning more communicative. We believe such technologies play a key role in sustaining the psychological climate in the classroom, helping students stay motivated to study Chinese and improving the effectiveness of teaching. Communication is the main goal in learning the language and games are highly effective in providing intense and meaningful language practice.
