The purpose of this article is to study the cooking recipe in the context of modern intercultural communication. It is known that coocking culture is one of most important topics of cultural exchanges. In academic literature there are very frequent opinions that cooking recipe translation is uncommon and inusual. However we can not completely accept this point of view. We can report that in many circumstances people need a high quality translation of cooking recipes. The development of economic and academic contacts between Russia and China made translations of cooking recipes the central part of cultural transfers between them. In the case study we will exchange our experience of cooking recipes translation from Chinese into Russian accomplished by Chinese students within the framework of learning russian as foreign language. The analysis of results is based on basic framework of chinese and russian translation theories because this concepts are also the important part of cultural transfers.
本文旨在研究食谱翻译以及其在现代跨文化交际语境中的作用。认识他国的烹调术是文化交流的重要议题之一。学术文献经常认为烹调菜谱很少会当作翻译的对象。但是我们不能完全接受这种观点。我们可以报告,在许多情况下,人们需要一个良好的烹饪食谱翻译。俄中两国经济和学术交流的发展使烹饪食谱翻译成为文化交流的核心部分。本研究基于研究生在俄语当外语教学的框架内把烹饪食谱从汉语译成俄语的结果。分析结果的基础是汉俄翻译理论的基本框架,因为这些概念也是文化迁移的重要组成部分。
