Применение современных медиакоммуникационных технологий в деятельности органов общественной безопасности и народной прокуратуры КНР

Modern media communications technologies’ using in public security bodies’ activity and the people’s prosecutor’s office of the People’s Republic of China

В статье затронуты некоторые аспекты осуществления уголовно-процессуальной и административной деятельности с использованием современных технологий должностными лицами органов общественной безопасности и народной прокуратуры КНР. Особое место в работе посвящается анализу деятельности сайтов органов общественной безопасности КНР («киберполиция») и народной прокуратуры КНР, позволяющих принимать и регистрировать сообщения граждан о преступлениях через Интернет.

In the article involved some implementation’s aspects of the criminal procedural and administrative activities with using the modern technologies by ofcials of the public security bodies and the people’s prosecutor’s ofce of the People’s Republic of China. The author also focuses on the analysis of the sites of public security bodies activities of the PRC ("cyberpolice") and the people’s prosecutor’s office of the PRC, which allows to receive and register the citizens’ messages about crimes through the Internet.

本文探讨公安机关和中华人民共和国人民检察院官​​员使用现代技术来实施刑事程序和行政活动的某些方面。作者对允许通过互联网接收和登记犯罪信息的中国公安机关网站（网络警察）和中国人民检察院网站的活动进行分析。
