The article presented by the author examines one of the directions of modern state policy of China in the field of education - the strategy of attracting foreign students to national universities. Statistical data on the growth dynamics of foreign students in Chinese universities have been given, beginning from the moment of their appearance and ending with a more modern period. The author have established a set of measures taken by the Chinese government and promoting a more active strategy for attracting foreign students to China’s national universities.
本文探讨中国现代教育领域国家政策的吸引外国留学生进入国立大学的策略。作者给出在中国大学外国留学生数的成长动态的统计数据，从他们出现的那一刻开始，到现代的时期结束。笔者制定中国政府采取及推动更积极的吸引外国学生进入中国国立大学的一系列措施。
