The 13th Open Dialogue
for Chinese Teachers
at school and pre-school
From November 29 to 31, 2021, the Association for the Advancement of Sinology in Russia held the 13th "Open Dialogue for Chinese Teachers" online.
Open Dialogue is the largest international event in Russia for those who teach Chinese.
The 13th Open Dialogue was devoted to the methods of teaching Chinese to children and the discussion of issues in teaching preschoolers and schoolchildren.
Experienced and young teachers, tutors and bloggers, educational platforms were invited to share their research and exchange views with colleagues from all over the world.
During the event, the participants were able to communicate with each other, share their best practices and experiences, took part in debates and discussions related to teaching the Chinese language. As a result: the average time of a participant in the 13th Open Dialogue was 7 hours! A special section for communication was organized and many individual meetings of participants were made in the networking area!
These 3 days were extraordinarily productive!

259 people from 15 countries attended The 13th Open Dialogue! Each of them spent an average of 7 hours on the platform! 1183 messages were left in the chats! 35 people performed as speakers, who took part and shared their experience in teaching various aspects of the Chinese language, and showed their latest developments, new traditional and game-based textbooks for learning Chinese.
